On Thursday April 25, Deputy Minister Chern-Chyi "C.C." Chen of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) met with Senior Vice-President Dr. Victor Cha for Asia and Korea Chair at the U.S. Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) who led a delegation from the U.S. They both exchanged views on Taiwan-U.S. trade cooperation, economic security, energy security, and China’s economic coercion.
