At the resumed meeting of the Committee on 29 November 2002, the Chairman recalled that the Committee had suspended discussions on this item at its formal meeting of 23 September 2002 in order to undertake further work on this issue. At that meeting, he had also indicated that the Committee would need to resume the meeting in order to consider recommendations to the General Council on this subject. The Committee had now before it in document G/MA/W/46 possible recommendations to the General Council.
