The Interim Committees Decision on Accession Negotiations to the Agreement on Government Procurement (1994) Prior to its Entry into Force (GPA/IC/M/1, Annex 1) calls for the Interim Committee to submit to the Committee on Government Procurement under the new Agreement a report on its examination of the request for accession. This report is drawn up in pursuance of this Decision.
