SUBJECT: Amendment of "Appendix I, Appendix II, and Appendix III of the endangered species of wild fauna and flora", except for the species listed in Appendix II, such as the Holothuria fuscogilva (white), Holothuria fuscogilva (yellow), Holothuria fuscogilva, Holothuria nobilis, Holothuria whitmaei (Holothuria whitmaei) and Cedrela spp (Populations of the Neotropics), effective from 28 August 2020. The species listed in Appendix III, the Cedrela lilloi (Plurinational State of Bolivia, Brazil), the Copaiba Tornillo (Plurinational State of Bolivia, Brazil), the Cedrela odorata (Brazil, Plurinational State of Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala and Peru), except for the species that have been deleted from the list on 28 August 2020, the remaining listed species will take effect immediately.

Announcement:

 

To match the amendment of the List of Monitoring Species in the Appendix of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora this revision has, hence, been handled.

 

Species of the Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora listed in Appendixes I, II and III (as shown in Annexures) are also posted on the affiliated units/administrative agencies/Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs Information Network (http://www.trade.gov.tw/).
