Serving the public is BOFT’s routine and ongoing work. The BOFT dutifully implements the well-drawn trade policies and amends, whenever needed, relevant trade laws that have direct or indirect impact on people’s rights and interests. It thus adheres to the spirit of “service first” and requires all staff to be “friendly, sincere, and efficient” in serving the public. To help people learn more about us—our organizational structure, responsibility, scope of business, and service measures—we have published this White Paper for Public Services.
