The 21st Annual Conference on the Development of International Economic and Trade Law was held by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) of the Ministry Economic Affairs and National Chengchi University on September 9, 2021. More than 200 participants rounded off the conference with fruitful discussions in both physical and virtual platforms.

The Conference covered numerous topics, from reforming the legislative function of the WTO and subsidies rules and domestic access to justice, to the rights of seafarers during the COVID-19 pandemic, the WTO consistency of US anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations and the fragmentation of data protection.

Papers, comments and discussions will be published in conference proceedings. So stay tuned!
