Subject: Amendments to the List of Commodities Subject to Import Restriction, effective June 1, 2022.

1. Import regulation code “111” is added to CCC0106.19.40.19-3 “Raccoon (Procyon lotor)” and 52 other CCC codes.

2. The import regulation of CCC0106.20.90.10-8 “Anolis sagrei “ is deleted.

Legal Basis:

1. Article 11.2 of the “Foreign Trade Act”

2. Article 6 of the “Regulations Governing Import of Commodities”

3. Document No.1111615135A dated May 10, 2022 from the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan.

Supplementary Information:

1. In order to prevent impact of high risk invasive alien species on the domestic ecosystem, import regulation code “111” is added to CCC0106.19.40.19-3 “Raccoon (Procyon lotor)” and 52 other CCC codes.

2. “Anolis sagrei” belongs to “Anolis sagrei”. Because import regulation code “111” is added to CCC0106.20.90.21-5 “Anolis sagrei”, the import regulation of CCC0106.20.90.10-8 “Anolis sagrei“ is deleted.
