Subject: Amendments to import and export regulation codes, effective October 16, 2025.
The import and export regulation codes will be added to CCC3001.90.90.91-5 “Other human substances prepared for therapeutic or prophylactic uses, not elsewhere specified or included,” CCC3001.90.90.92-4 “Other animal substances prepared for therapeutic or prophylactic uses, not elsewhere specified or included,” and 1 other CCC code (see the attachment).
These CCC codes have been separately added to the Customs Assisted List of Commodities for Import Examination and the Customs Assisted List of Commodities for Export Examination.
