As of May 16, 2019, Taiwan (ROC) permits the importation of Chinese-made product under CCC7010.20.00.00-0EX titled “Flat glass lid for cookware or pot” from mainland China.

Legal Basis:

1. Article 7.1.1 of the “Regulations Governing Permission of Trade Between the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area”, and
2. Decisions of the 1^st Meeting Concerning “Examination to Open Mainland Chinese Goods for Importation” held by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT, MOEA) on April 30, 2019.
