In 2020, the export value of our base stations reached a new high of US$47.43 million. As of July this year, the total has reached US$36.37 million, an annual increase of 72.8%. The United States is the largest export market for Taiwan's base stations. From January to July 2021, our exports to the United States accounted for 97.5%.

Teleworking has already become a trend under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Countries are actively building and upgrading their network facilities, thus driving the export momentum of our base stations, in addition to the increasing demand for digital applications such as the IOT and smart cities.

Taiwan network communication equipment manufacturers are committed to research and development. In the future, as the Open RAN architecture gradually matures, firms are expected to quickly integrate communications protocol software to strengthen their competitiveness.
