Approved Document No.1100041693 by the Executive Yuan on January 10, 2022.

Supplementary Information:

1. Importation of CCC0811.90.39.10-3“Frozen sweet sop, not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter (excluding fruit puree and fruit pastes)”made in mainland China is terminated because it does not comply with the provisions of Article 8.1.2 of the "Regulations Governing Permission of Trade between the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area".

2. Details of amendments to the import regulations concerning CCC0811.90.39.10-3“Frozen sweet sop, not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter (excluding fruit puree and fruit pastes)”made in mainland China are attached.
