Subject: CCC0307.81.21.00-7 “Other abalone, live, fresh or chilled, other than Haliotis diversicolor” produced in mainland China shall cease to be approved for importation from lst April, 2022 to 31st May, 2022.

 

Legal Basis:

Article 8.2 of the “Regulations Governing Permission of Trade between the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area”, and

Document No.1110009276 approved by the Executive Yuan on March 30, 2022.

Document No. 1111253978 dated March 23, 2022 issued by the Council of Agriculture.

 

Supplementary Information:

Importation of CCC0307.81.21.00-7 “Other abalone, live, fresh or chilled, other than Haliotis diversicolor” produced in mainland China is prohibited from lst April, 2022 to 31st May, 2022, because it does not comply with the provisions of Article 8.1.2 of the "Regulations Governing Permission of Trade between the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area".
