Subject: Amendments to the List of Commodities Subject to Import Restriction, effective Nov. 1, 2024.

Import regulation code “111” has been added to CCC0302.99.10.10-3 “Skins of Puffer fish, fresh or chilled” and 1 other CCC code (see the attachment).

Legal Basis:
1. Article 11.2 of the “Foreign Trade Act”
2. Article 6 of the “Regulations Governing the Import of Commodities”

Supplementary Information
1. In order to maintain the management needs of food safety, import regulation code “111” has been added to CCC0302.99.10.10-3 “Skins of Puffer fish, fresh or chilled” and CCC0303.99.10.10-2 “Skins of Puffer fish, frozen”. 2.Attachment: Details of Amendments to Import Regulation
