Chief Secretary Day was invited to attend ATLife 2022 Assistive Technology for Life. Vice President Lai delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. In 2022, Bureau of Foreign Trade and Taiwan Assistive Technology and Long-Term Care Industry Association co-organized  "2022 Taiwan-Vietnam Social-Welfare and Rehabilitation Assistive Technology Care Training Cooperation Program". Chief Secretary Day also expressed condolences to the Vietnamese students after the exhibition.
