The Taiwan-Japan Semiconductor Industry Exchange Meeting was held on September 8, 2025. Minister of Economic Affairs Kung Ming-hsin led a Taiwanese delegation of senior officials from the International Trade Administration (TITA) and the Industrial Development Administration (IDA) to attend this event. More than 100 enterprises from Taiwan and Japan participated and engaged in in-depth discussions on supply chain collaboration, technology, bilateral investment, and the development of emerging sectors. The meeting served to further strengthen bilateral cooperation on semiconductor supply chains between Taiwan and Japan.
