Subject: Amendments to the CCC3001.90.40.40-8, effective January 20, 2022

CCC3001.90.40.40-8 ;Hamayou (Hashimayou or Ranae Oviductus); with Import Regulation 502 has been added. (see the attachment)

 

Legal Basis:

1. Article 8.1 of the Enforcement Rules of the Foreign Trade Act, and

2. Article 8.1 of the Regulations Governing Import of Commodities, and

3. Document No. 1100137580, dated September 29, 2021 from the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Certificates of Origin (C/O) for Yarn of synthetic and artificial staple fibers exported to Turkey; Sunglasses exported to Argentina; and Aluminium Road Wheels exported to the EU. The provisions on the certificate of origin will be effective immediately.
