The following communication, dated 7 May 2002, has been received from the Permanent Mission of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu.
In accordance with Article 12.7 of the Agreement on Safeguards, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu does not maintain any of the measures described in Article 10 and Article 11.1 of the Agreement.
