The Permanent Mission of the People's Republic of China to the World Trade Organization would like to inform the Economic and Trade Office of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu to the World Trade Organization that China is prepared to conduct consultations between China and Chinese Taipei under Article 12.3 of the Agreement on Safeguards concerning China's definitive safeguard measures on certain steel products at Geneva in the week starting from 25 November 2002.
