The Permanent Mission of the People's Republic of China to the World Trade Organization would like to inform the Economic and Trade Office of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu to the World Trade Organization that China is prepared to conduct consultations between China and Chinese Taipei under Article 12.3 of the Agreement on Safeguards concerning China's definitive safeguard measures on certain steel products at Geneva in the week starting from 25 November 2002. Ms. LI Yihong, Second Secretary of the Permanent Mission of China will lead the delegation of China for the consultations and Mr. ZHOU Dalin, Division Director from the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation will attend the consultations.
